Engaging Vulnerability is a decade-long interdisciplinary research program at Uppsala University financed with the support of the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet). The program examines vulnerability as a productive set of relations that entail demands. It involves and engages researchers and doctoral students from anthropology, literature, philosophy and rhetoric. Participants based at the Department of Literature are Karl Ekeman (doctoral student in Rhetoric), Maria Karlsson (member of the project's steering group) and Mats Rosengren (member of the project's steering group).
